Grandmaster and FIDE Trainer Akash Ganesan

Akash Ganesan (born 1 October 1996) is India’s 66th Chess Grandmaster and former national senior champion. He currently holds the national record in chess for being Youngest National Chess Champion at the age of 16 years and 14 days. He represented India in World Cup and he had won gold medal in Commonwealth Junior category held at South Africa. In 2014, Akash went on to pursue electronic and communication engineering degree at College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University. He took a break from chess for those 4 years. In 2019 December, He completed his 3rd GM norm and Secured silver medal in National Senior championship held at Sikkim. His Grandmaster title was confirmed at the 2nd Council Meet of FIDE for the year 2020 that was held on 3 July 2020

Muthaiah AL (born 24 October 1999) is an Indian Chess International Master. He is aspiring to become a Grandmaster in Chess. He has represented India in World Youth Chess Olympiad in 2015 and secured Team Silver and Individual Gold. Muthaiah is currently pursuing MBA degree from SRM University, Chennai. In 2018 August, he completed his 3rd IM norm in 25th Abu Dhabi Masters. His International Master title was confirmed at the 89th FIDE Congress 2018, 26 Sep - 6 Oct, Batumi, Georgia. He Represented India in World Youth Chess Olympiad Mongolia, 2015 Gold in Individuals and Silver in Team Silver Medalist in National Sub-junior Chess Championship Thrissur, 2014 Won more than 10+ FIDE Rating tournaments in India Gold Medalist in TN State Junior Chess Championship Rajapalayam, 2019 - Gold 4th place in National Junior Chess Championship Rajamundry, 2016 Gold Medalist in TN State Rapid Chess Championship Tiruvallur, 2018

Michelle Catherina is a Women International Master. She started playing chess at the age of 9 and hopes to continue until the age of 99! Michelle has a Master’s degree in Big Data Analytics and she is passionate about technology. She has won innumerable medals in International Events, Nationals, and State Chess Championships. She currently holds 2 WGMs norms and looking forward to complete WGM title soon. She absolutely enjoys chess and loves to help people improve their chess skills and climb the ladder of success. Senthil Maran K (born 24 September 1998), is an Indian Chess Fide Master and an IM Norm Holder. In 2019, he completed his Undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) at DG Vaishnav College, Chennai. In 2021, he completed his Post Graduate degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) at SRM University, Chennai. In 2019 August, he got his 1st IM norm at the 26th Abu Dhabi Masters. He is aiming to become an International Master followed by a Grand Master in Chess.Fide Master and IM Norm Holder. Have 12 years of experience in chess field, Have won many medals in Open FIDE Rating chess tournaments.

Harikrishnan is an International Master. He started playing chess at the age of 6! Harikrishnan is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He got FIDE Rating at the age of 7 and became the youngest FIDE rated in India and he was holding the record for considerable years. He has also won medals in Asian, Nationals, and State Chess Championships. He has a FIDE Rating of 2427 and hopes to become GM soon. Arun is 21 years old and currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the College of Engineering, Guindy. He started playing chess at the age of 13 years. Since then, his passion for the game has grown more and more. His peak Fide rating in classical chess is 1908. Bronze medalist in CBSE South Zone 2019. Bronze medalist in All India Open Fide Rapid Rating Chess tournament 2021, Hyderabad.

Sunyuktha is 21 years old and currently she is pursuing bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the College of Engineering, Guindy. She started playing chess at the age of 7 years. Her peak FIDE rating in classical chess is 1979.
